Unknown gunmen shoot Delta chief dead
Chief Emmanuel Gure of Okwuagbe community in Ughelli south
local government area of Delta state has been shot dead by unknown gunmen.
According to reports,
the chief was killed instantly after gunmen stormed his home and opened fire on
him. This ugly incident happened on Sunday, January 9.

The spokesperson to
the Delta state police command, DSP DSP Edafe Bright confirmed the incident but said there was no
detail yet.
“I just got confirmation, but no details yet,”
he said
