Three Staff Fired By Their Employer For Arriving Late At Work Due To Heavy Rain Fall
The heavy rain pouring in Lagos has cost 3 people their jobs
as they resume late for work today. According to the post of their employer on
social media, using rain as an excuse for coming late to work wasn`t tenable as
the company has a strict policy on punctuality.

He is what the employer said
''I sent 3 of my workers back home today..their excuse was
'Rainfall' I didn't listen to them coz that wasn't enough excuse for me + they
already know the rules of the company
They
were 1hr 15 minutes late. our company has a strict policy on Punctuality!'' the
employer wrote

they have dug up a tweet the employer shared some time ago where he said he
won`t be resuming early because of a heavy downpour.
