Terrorists Bomb Abuja-Kaduna Train With 970 Passengers Reportedly Onboard
On Monday, March 28, 2022, suspected bandits terrorist detonated IEDs on the rail track of the Abuja-Kaduna train.
The report shows that the attack occurred somewhere around Katari and Rijana. The 6 PM train took off from Idu train station Abuja and it hit the explosives device about 30 minutes to Rigasa train station in Kaduna.

According to one passenger who reached out to a family member, the assailants surrounded the train and started shooting sporadically.
Information from official sources familiar with the train service stated that there are around 970 passengers on the train
