Nigeria Celebrates Her 61st independence day today October 1st, 2021
Nigeria, the most populous black nation on earth and the
most populous nation in African celebrated its independence today October 1st,
2021. The celebration was done in a grand style in Abuja The nation's capital as
the president and vice president were present there.
As part of his speech,
the vise president says he celebrates today (October 1st) as it
presents opportunities to better both the wins and lessons of every day and to grab
it. He concluded by saying “ Our nation will remain the land of beautiful possibilities as
long as it is the home of those who bravely hope” and wished the citizens happy
independence.
