Men Of The Nigerian Police Force Allegedly Harrass And Extort Man Because He Spends Too Much Time Indoors
Men of the Nigerian
Police force are in the news again and this time not for very good reasons. A Twitter
user has accused some men of the Nigerian Police force of harassing and
extorting a man just because he is mostly indoors.
According to the
Twitter user who shared the story online, his friend recently moved to the outskirts
of Ilorin three months ago. After his neighbors reported to the police that he
is always indoors, the police stormed his house to harass him.

He said that his friends explained the nature of his work as a
remote worker but it fell on the deaf ears of the police officers who still
went ahead to extort him before releasing him.
