Man Who Patronized Road side sim card vendor narrates how he discovered a second sim was registered with his identity
A Twitter user has
narrated how he patronized a roadside sim card vendor only to discover that his
photo and personal information were used to register more than one sim card.
The man narrated that
he became suspicious when his photo was taken twice during the capture.
According to him, when he asked the vendor some questions, he was given a
flimsy excuse.

He was not satisfied
with the response hence he reported the incident to his network provider, and
they informed him that roadside vendors are known to steal innocent people's
identities and use them to register multiple sim cards which are then sold to
criminals.
The vendor was
arrested while the second line registered with the customer's identity was
disabled.
