Man shoots neighbor in the back over loud music on Christmas Eve
The law enforcement agents have revealed how a man shot his
neighbor in the back because he thought his music was too loud.
The named man
Zachary Moncada 31 was arrested on Friday, December 24, and charged with the
Christmas Eve attempted murder that was carried out in his quiet Raton
neighborhood in Florida, US according to a police report.
Police responded to
the call at 2:30 pm and they found the victim's family holding Moncada on the
group, during the struggle, Moncada still fired another shot into the lawn.

Although the wife of
the victim has not been publicly identified, the report indicates that she is
the one who took him to the hospital. As of press time, the victim is in stable
condition at the hospital.
Moncada on the
other hand has been charged with first-degree premeditated attempted murder,
two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon three counts of battery and a weapons charge
for the display of a firearm during a felony.
He
is being held without bail.
