He Says No To Real Madrid And YES To PSG With 3 Year £1m per week salary deal
At age 19, he won the prestigious world cup. At 20 years and
306 days, he became the youngest player to score 15 goals in the Uefa champions
league. Who is this player? Drum roll, we are talking of no one else but Paris
Saint-German Superstar Kylian Mbappe. The French superstar has agreed to remain
in his current club after clinching a 3 year deal with a whopping one million
pounds per week salary.
He is so excited about staying in his current
club that on May 21,
2022, Mbappe just before their final home game of league 1 announced to the excited
fans at the Parc des Princes that he remaining at the club.
At the end of his announcement, even the
deaf could hear that he was no longer moving to Spanish giants Real Madrid.
Until his announcement, Real Madrid was as
confident as Hercules that the superstar will soon be within their ranks from
this summer onward. Theor confidence was not unfounded as Mbappe's original PSG
deal has expired.
Real Madrid's confidence and hopes were dashed
to pieces like the 23-year-old received a bumper contract of £1m weekly thus
committing his future to the Parisians.
While addressing the crowds, Mbappe explained:
"I am very happy to stay at PSG in France. I always said Paris is my home,
I hope we continue to play football and win trophies together. Thanks for
everything. I hope that I will continue to do what I prefer to with you all…
and win titles together! Thanks a lot."

Earlier,
PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi broke the news before introducing Mbappe to
the crowd by declaring: "I’m proud to give you a beautiful news: Kylian
Mbappé has signed until June 2025 with Paris Saint-Germain."
Rating Mbappe by his current form and performance,
he has enjoyed a phenomenal season. His help was just what the French giants
needed to win their tenth league 1 title. With 25 goals and 17 assists, he
currently has the most goals and most assists of any player in the league.
This new contract has fired him above his
counterparts Messi and Neymar as he is now the highest earner in the club.
