Football Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo Completes £173m-A-Year Transfer to Saudi Side Al Nassr


  Former Manchester United Star Cristiano Ronaldo has completed a transfer to Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr following his bitter departure from English side Manchester United.

  The 37-year-old superstar has been without a club after Manchester United terminated his contract in November ending his bitter spell at Old Trafford.

 Ronaldo was sacked after an unsanctioned and explosive interview with piers morgan. In that interview, he Criticized United manager Erik ten Hag as well as the owners of the Glazers and claimed that Manchester United “betrayed him”.

 The five times Ballon d`Or winners have now found a new home and club Al – Nassr. He is expected to earn around £ 173 million every year in the middle-Eastern club.

 A statement from the club on Friday night, December 30 read: "This is more than history in the making.


"This is a signing that will not only inspire our club to achieve even greater success but inspire our league, our nation, and future generations, boys and girls to be the best version of themselves. Welcome, Cristiano, to your new home."

Ronaldo added: "Al Nassr's vision is very inspiring and impressive. I look forward to a different league experience in a different country. I am excited to join my teammates as soon as possible."


Al-Nassr currently sit at the top of the Saudi Pro League, having won seven of their opening 10 matches
