Ex-Convict Arrested By Police For Traffic Robbery
In the Ketu area of
Lagos State, officials of the Rapid Response Squad have arrested a traffic
robber who is also an Ex-convict.
The suspect aged 32
is identified as Emmanuel Sunday. He has apprehended around 8: 00 Pm when an
Undercover RRS official spotted him trying to obtain a motorist of his mobile
phone at Ojota Underbridge.

According to Sunday, he was sentenced to 3
months in Jail in the Kiri Kiri correctional center for stealing. Sunday's
arrest is, as a result, the commander of RRS CSP Olayinka Egbeyemi's strategic
deployment of undercover policemen to areas of traffic robbery.
The commissioner of police in
Lagos State Abiodun Alabi has directed that the undercover team leave no stone
unturned in the arrested of all traffic robbers in the area.
