Bride In A Coma After Her Groom Died In An Accident On His Way To Their Wedding
A groom died in an accident on his way to his wedding. The groom identified a Mohammed Zakari who had an accident while on his way to his wedding that was expected to hold on Sunday, March 13.
This sad incident occurred at Fumesua on the Kumasi-Accra highway around 1: 00 pm.
According to police, it vehicle involved in the accident was a ford escape with registration number AS 3222-21. The groom was driving and four of his friends occupied the other seats when the car lost control and ran into a ditch.
Sadly, the 40-year-old groom died immediately. The other four occupants were rushed to the KNUST hospital for medical care.

One of the victims who sustained life-threatening injury has since been transferred to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) for better treatment.
The Ejisu Motor Transport and Traffic Directorate (MTTD) has started an investigation.
The bride is said to have suffered a traumatic shock after she heard the news and she is now in a coma.
The deceased has been buried, according to Islamic rites.
