Bandits abduct Five factory workers in Niger state
Reports show that
Bandits have abducted five factory workers in Tegina Rafi Local Government Area
of Niger.
It was gathered that the bandits numbering about10
all armed with AK47 rifles stormed the community at about 9 pm on Saturday,
went straight to the factory that produces sachet water, and then abducted the
workers. The factory is located adjacent to the Government Girls Secondary
School.
"They caught us
unawares because they came on foot. We just started hearing gunshots and we ran
for our lives. They went to the sachet water factory where five persons were
taken away,” a source told DailyTrust”
