Court declares actress Ronke Odusanya’s ‘baby daddy’ wanted after DNA test
Lagos court has
declared wanted Popular actress Ronke Odunsanya`s babby daddy Olanrewaju Saheed, popularly known as Jago.
He was declared wanted by a magistrate court
in Lagos for being repeatedly absent during proceedings amid a messy paternity
scandal.
On the 10th
of February 2021, Jago requested a DNA test on their daughter to determine her
paternity before the proceedings. His request was granted by the court which
also mandated parties to present themselves for the sample collection. The
court also asked Jago to pay for the DNA
test.
However, the case
has been stalled because of Jago`s continuous absence. This has led to the court
leading a bench warrant which was first issued on October 13, 2021.
Because Jago has repeatedly ignored the bench
warrant on numerous occasions, the court has now declared him wanted.
