The EFCC Has Confirmed That 20 Arrested Students Of TASUED Has Been Handed Over To Them By The Military
The Economic and financial crimes commission (EFCC) has
confirmed the successful handover of TASUED
students that were arrested by the Nigerian Military.
The officers of the
12 field Engineering regiments in Ijebu Ode Ogun state took the 20 suspected
internet fraudsters to the EFCC Ibadan Zonal Command and handed them over to
officials of the anti-graft agency.
Along with the arrested
victims, eleven vehicles, twenty-nine phones, and some suspected hard drugs
were also impounded. These items are still in the custody of the EFCC.
19 out of the 20
students have been indicted and are undergoing investigation. They will be
charged to court after the Enquiry.
