A Church Youth President Found Dead In Delta
The youth president of a church identified as Edesi Peter
Ighomue is reported to have been murdered by unknown assailants in Ughelli
Delta State.
Mr. Peter is working
as a commercial tricycle rider was declared missing on Monday 8 of November
after he did not return home from work.
It was gathered that
he was killed and his body dumped in a bush along Oviri-Ogor road in Ughelli Delta
state. It was also reported that his motorcycle was also stolen by the assiliants
suspected to be robbers.
Until his death, he
was the youth president of Olivet Baptist Church, Otovwodo Ughelli. He was also
the youth vice-president of Ughelli Baptist Association.
He has since been
buried in his hometown of Oghara-Iyede.
